Advice

Over the years we have had many customers come to the shop saying that they have tried to remove a stain from an item themselves e.g trying to remove red wine stains by putting white wine, salt or water on them.

Also they have tried to wipe a stain away  and only succeeded in pushing it further into the garment. This may even lead to the area becoming faded and leaving a white mark after cleaning.

Our advice regarding any stain is to LEAVE IT ALONE and take it to your local dry cleaner as soon as possible.

The dry cleaner needs time to work on the item, so it needs to be left with them for as long as possible. If this is not done, they may not be able to completely remove the stain.

We hope that our advice and tips have helped you to keep your garments in better condition and give them a much  longer life.
